Due to hygiene and safety standards, all beauty and personal care items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a return. Opened products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns (Change of Mind)

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Eligible returns must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
• We provide a prepaid return shipping label.
• A flat $7.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and restocking.
• We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Your original outbound shipping cost will not be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@evonnee.com and include photos of the item and packaging.

We will provide a free replacement or a full refund, including applicable shipping costs.
